70% Fun - 30% Fitness
The Summer FUN 4 Girlz Programme is about having fun! Its a mix of real boxing exercises
and drills that young girls find heaps of fun. Girls have the opportunity to try
equipment such as the Speed Ball, Top and Bottom Ball, in a fun and girl friendly
session. Each day of the 5 day programme the grils also learn another part of the
Roger Mayweather Pad Drill routine. Which is
a real hit with girls due its dance and choreographed nature.
Fitz Boxing Working With Teens
Fitz Boxing are very active in the younger community. Sessions and classes have
been periodically run in conjunction with a number of local schools, with tremendous
results and feedback.
We would highly recommend Fitz Boxing for any future programme
instruction.
